Does yeast infection cream alter pregnancy tests?

I have been trying to concieve for 3 months, I just recently got a yeast infection, I am treating it with Miconazole Nitrate Cream, my period is 2 days late, I have taken 2 tests, both negative, I am feeling nausious. Do you think that cream could be altering the pregnancy tests?Does yeast infection cream alter pregnancy tests?
I don't think it would. You might be feeling naseous from the cream, so be careful and don't use more than you should.

You could be late from either stress or the yeast infection. If it's still late and you're feeling nauseous, call the doctor and make an appointment.Does yeast infection cream alter pregnancy tests?
It probably is not altering the test, but to be sure, check the ';list of interfering substances'; in the package insert and cross-check it with the ingredients list in the cream.

A Dr. or hospital can run a test using serum from the blood instead of urine, to be sure there is no interfering substance.
I don't think so, but ask a doctor.
its unlikely, remember 2 days late is not pregnant.

Your waiting for HCG antigen to show up then pregnancy is assured i.e pregnancy test +ve..

most kits dont detect this until 7 days post fertilisation, how long ago do you think you conceived???
Ask your health care professional to perform a serum (blood) pregnancy test. It's far more reliable, anyhow and results are very quick. Don't waste any more money on over the counter tests - they're costly. Be well.
No, yeast treatment does not affect the hcg hormone that would be in ur urine, but the infection could can and does mess with ur mentral cycle
did u already take the test?
