I use noxema cleansing cream. its the kind in the blue tub with the twist on lid. It has menthol so it makes you skin feel really cold. I havent had any acne this pregnancy, and its safe. Is only like 7 bucks and a tub will last you forever. Also, I don't have to buy moisturizer because its a cream and not a soap so it moisturizes you face tooWhat are safe creams/lotion to use for spots throughout pregnancy?
Where did you get your safety info? The internet is full of websites claiming this or that isn't pregnancy safe without any actual data to back up those claims. Just call your doc and ask about products. I didn't change my skincare routine a bit while pregnant.

Most products are completely safe to use. You're not eating it, just putting a little bit on your skin.
I used mostly aveeno lotions and creams because their ingredients are all natural and they are also good for sensitive skin =]
