NOTHING CAN REALLY HELP.. BUT IM USING VITAMIN E.. ITS A LITTLE OIL BOTTLE..AND THE COCO BUTTER...
AND IM 7 MONTHS AND I HAVENT GOTTEN ONE STRECH MARKS =)What is the best preventive anti stretching cream during pregnancy?
Well, bad news. There is absolutely no way to prevent stretch marks. The cocoa butter is a myth, but it's not bad for you or anything. Getting stretch marks really depends on your genetics, your skin, %26amp; how big you get. So, you could just get a few, or a ton, or none at all. But, they are a part of being a pregnant woman.
OMG IM USING THE SAME UR USING AND I ALSO GOT ON MY BOOST AND GOT SCARE, SO WE R ON THE SAME PAGE. SORRY...
Honestly, nothing helps...if your skin isnt stretchable enough it will start to break...no matter what u put or how often u put it on...all depends on ur skin...lol...i dont believe in that crap...its good to keep ur belly and boobs lotioned though to keep it moisturzied but its not gonna stop it from breaking if it has to. sorry.
From the start i used dermamum cream but keep forgetting to put it on. I have always used dry oil spray after a shower or bath and i don't have a single stretchmark, but i do think if you already have signs of them then you will get them as the marks are the surface appearance of damage underneath!
My OB and my birth class instructor both told me that what you put INSIDE your skin is much more important for preventing stretch marks than what you put outside it. Some of it will depend on genetics (which you can't control) how much weight you gain (try to hit the target range for you as recommended by your OB, not a ton more), and NUTRITION.
In particular they recommend getting 70-100 g of protein every day and drinking a lot of water to keep skin pliable and well hydrated.
Well, like most said you can't really prevent them I didn't and most I know didn't that used stuff to try and keep them away.
What I can tell you though is some time after you have the baby to make them less noticeable I tryed the Re-fine stretch mark cream from Avon after I had my first baby, it's in a purple tube and it is $13.00 it is on sale right now for $8.25. I am buying me some more for after I give birth to my last baby due in July from my Avon lady so if you know anyone that sells it ask them about it.
It say's you will see results in 2 weeks and I must say I love this stuff it has worked for me it has a glittery look to it not sure why? but after I used it all up which I used it everyday cause I got them all over with my first and a few with my second, it works so give it a try you may get the same results of seeing them less and less and love it too! lol
Oh they also have ANEW CLINICAL Professional Stretch Mark Smoother in grey tube. I have never tryed it but while looking for something to show you about it, I saw this one too.The last one I attatched is the more expensive one..never tryed it.

Also one more thing it don't make them go away some yes depends on how bad they are? but it fades them so you don't see them as well so like mine were pink and red before and deep in some places and now they are light or like the color of my skin again and not deep. I only used 3 tubes 2 after 1st baby since I got lots from him and 1 for second since i got a few but wanted to fade my others from first again since they were stretch out once again and it worked!. :)
Hope this helps,Good luck!
I read about 4 pregnacy books and and they all said dont bother using that kind of stuff because it does not work you will get them any way! good luck
