Unpasteurized dairy is pretty damned rare in the US. You can always ask your restaurant, but most wouldn鈥檛 risk the potential of making someone sick by using unpasteurized products. Sour cream during pregnancy?
There's very very VERY little you can't eat during pregnancy. There's a lot of myths out there. In the US the cheese is pasteurized, it's all safe, sushi is flash frozen, deli meat won't be diseased, etc. etc. etc.
