I am currently on Ovulation Day. I have had 2 miscarriages and think that my prog. levels are low. Can I use the cream even if my luteal phase is about 14 days (normal)? Will it hurt anything.
I read to start about 2 days post ovulation and do it until you find out if you are pregnant or not, and then stop (if NOT PG) to bring on your period?
Can anyone help me?Can you use progesterone cream to help sustain pregnancy?
It could help if that is why you are miscarrying. You really need to talk to your Dr. about progesterone so that they can prescribe one that is safe. There is natural progesterone(safe) and synthetic progesterone(unsafe). Please talk to your Dr. before you do this.
