Yes, you can. Eat what you enjoy. Just be sure to watch your weight and not gain more than you are supposed to during pregnancy. Congratulations on your pregnancy. Take good care of yourself and your precious ';package';.Can i eat cheesecake(cream cheese) during pregnancy?
What makes you think you can't? I don't see why not. Expectant mommy's can eat anything that you crave or want to eat. Once you are breast feeding, if you do, you will want to cut the really spicy stuff though (chili), although I do remember eating it too afterwards, maybe that's why my daughter has such an explosive temper she's like a chili pepper. Congratulations and good luck enjoy!
yes...cream cheese is not harmful to a pregnant woman!
why not? :)
Yes, cream cheese is pasturized.
Depends on your cholesterol levels and general health.

If you already have problems it can make them worse.

Otherwise, go for it
I wouldn't, to be safe.
Absolutely! Of course you don't want to eat too much of anything that is high in fat and high in calories because you only need an extra 300 calories a day while pregnant. That's equivalent to about a bagel and glass of milk. Anyway, I eat a slice every now and then (I'm 11 weeks pregnant). Its completely safe for baby.
