Since you're baby was born only nine days ago, you still have plenty or pregnancy hormones in your system. It's those hormones that cause that dark line to be there. The only thing you can really do is wait it out...maybe drink a lot of water to help flush out your system
As your pregnancy hormones go away the line will lighten.
Within time it will go away on it's own. It will just fade over time.
